Wales & Southwest Squad Session

On Thursday 23rd June 2022 we held another Wales and West squad session.

The karate squad training was between 7:00pm and 8:00pm at the SKIF Bristol's dojo at Avonmouth Rugby Club.

The session was taken by Sensei Dave Griffiths, 7th Dan, and concentrated on the theme of footwork.
